All coffee products are prepared and handled with care to ensure quality and freshness.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping:
Once processed, orders are shipped using the selected method at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delays:
Shipping delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or high order volume. These are outside of our control.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

All decks are prepared with intention, care, and spiritual alignment.

All services are intentional, energy-based experiences that require focus and preparation.
Payment:
All services must be paid in full before work begins.
Delivery Timeframe:
Readings are delivered within 24–48 hours after purchase.
Session Structure:
Each reading is a complete intuitive message. These are not Q&A sessions. Additional insight requires a separate booking.
Communication Boundaries:
Readings are not provided through casual conversation, text messages, or social media.
Boundaries:
I do not engage in unpaid emotional processing, trauma dumping, or ongoing advisory outside of booked services.

🔁 REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Spiritual Services & Digital Readings:
No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once purchased.
Physical Products (Coffee & Decks):
Refunds or replacements are only considered if:
- Item arrives damaged
- Incorrect item is received
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
